Report animal cruelty and neglect as well as injured or stray animals. 

Doesn't your heart ache to see the emaciated girl that was brought to us by a kind county resident? Heidi Lin is only two to three years old, yet appears to have the weight of the world on her back.  How could this happen under the eyes of her caregivers? Citizens have every responsibility to report cruelty and neglect of companion animals to their local animal control division (look in the telephone directory for your city or county's Animal Control Department). Don't be afraid--just think what you can prevent!
