Helping as many animals in our community as we do costs money! The information below gives you an idea exactly what it costs us to get the job done.

Our current monthly run rate is $5,000. The chart below shows the average costs for the major expenses for animals:

Spay/neuter adoptable animals prior to adoption	$40 per cat $75 per dog
Preventative vaccinations for ten animals	$100
Utilities for one month at the HSCC offices	$150 per month
Cat/Dog supplies including feed, litter, etc.	$600 per month
Emergency vet care for an adoptable animal	$200 per animal in an emergency situation
