 I WANT TO HELP!
We need help cleaning our cages at the Lynchburg Petsmart store especially on
Monday and Tuesday mornings when we do not have a regularly-scheduled cleaner.
Sign up for a regular day or substitute to fill in when our regular cleaners cannot fill their shift.
Cleaning our six cages takes about one hour.

One of the most direct ways to help our homeless pets is to donate money, services or items we need. Give a little bit. Donate cat or puppy chow, paper towels or other needed supplies. Or contribute to one of our special programs such as the Scruffy Fund for Injured Animals or the Dog/Puppy Transport program. Your donations are tax deductible, and they go a long way in saving the lives of many deserving animals. Encourage others you know to send a modest gift, and together we'll all make a difference. |

If one of the homeless animals you have seen on this website has touched your heart, you can help them by becoming their Sponsor. Sponsorships help offset the costs of veterinary care (vaccines, spay/neuter surgery, medications, other medical procedures required) and other costs (such as food and grooming) for a specific animal. |

VOLUNTEER
|
Serving as a volunteer requires time and commitment. In return, however, there are so many rewards. It's a meaningful way to support your community and the animals can never have too much love! There's lots of work to do, and we need all the help we can get! |

HSCC does arrange transfers to Rescue Groups. If you are involved with a group who would like to work with a rescue-friendly organization, click on the Rescue Groups link at left to learn how. |
